Individual Pelvic Care.

In one-on-one sessions, we take the time to understand your story, your symptoms, and your goals.

Together, we explore not only the physical aspects of your concern, but also the psychosocial factors that may be contributing. This includes a thorough physical assessment, as well as thoughtful consideration of your beliefs, learning style, capacity (time, energy, finances), and past experiences with health care.

You’ll receive care that is trauma-informed and culturally-safe, so that you feel seen, heard, and respected at every step.

Sessions may include education, movement, hands-on treatment (internal or external, always with full consent), therapeutic exercise, and practical strategies to support healing in your day-to-day life.

Whether you choose virtual or in-person appointments, care is guided by evidence, clinical experience, and a deep commitment to meeting you where you’re at.
